PROJECT STATEMENT
Drawing on the concept of the infinite polyhedra, this project utilizes ambiguity to create continuous surface and space. A base unit was first created and through generative processes, an aggregation was formed, creating the chamber. Transformations to the original base unit included scalar fluctuations and subtraction of units to further enhance interior spaces. Along the way, anomalies arose, presenting themselves through surface hybridizations and material zones. The different continuous surfaces, as well as the surface variations aid in the ambiguous perception of the spaces and highlights the relationships between these different spaces. In the pursuit of the continuous surface, the units became discrete elements, forming a whole that continues to alter the perception of its surface altogether.
