Our chamber offers various spatial experiences by accentuating its "playful" character. We juxtapose the outer jungle gym with the inner bubble capsule to generate a series of possible body interactions, ranging from climbing and hanging to rolling and sliding. Our "playful" chamber offers an alternative solution to conventional museum curation by responding to the current museological issues such as alienation, acculturation, and decontextualization. While museums strengthen their power by producing ideological fantasies, our "playful" strategy for the mixing chamber minimizes ideological narratives and maximizes actual physical movements within the chamber. The goal to make the chamber "fun", thus, shifts the power dynamic among the museum, the exhibits, and the visitors.
